As per the today news in Times of India of Website IAF has asked the Ministry of Defence to appoint its Thre Star officers as Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), the only aircraft manufacturer of our country. Seeing the past results and history of HAL the bureaucratic culture needs to be removed from HAL as this crucial and vital organization of our Defence sector is not giving any results since its inception. Currently all the major project of HAL like Tejas, Hawk , Dhruv and Sukhoi-30 are running behind schedule.

 At this discussion its must be mentioned that labour laws and Trade Unions are big hurdle in the path of all Public Sector Undertakings. Generally employees of these organizations are busy in union politics and election of Trade Unions. They don’t have any zeal to give their best and invent.

A major loophole in Indian strategy is that we always import technology from other why we don’t research our own. All the government and private sector industries of India are more or less Service industry not the Research / Product based industry.

Not only the bureaucratic control but the Trade Unions, labour laws and environment of these industries need to be changed completely. Also the Defence Sector PSU’s must be research oriented in real manner instead on just papers. The must develop their own research not just for import of technology otherwise the nation will always be dependent on its foreign counterparts for its defence needs and keeping buying the old technology from them at very higher rates.

The talented scientist & engineers of these organizations must be retained at higher cost and more and more talented scientist and engineers must be invited to join the Defence PSU’s because instead of spending higher on purchase of old technology it is better to invest in research and development of new technology. It can be done in phased manner.

All the red-tapism, bureaucratic hurdles and corruption must be removed from these crucial & vital organizations which are responsible for the security of Nation.

As per news in Hindustan Times Air Chief said that India must have long range missile which can cover whole globe, yes I am agree to the point of Air Chief, India should built long range missiles but in phase wise manner of 3-4 years but it must ensure that the project gets completed in specified / planned time frame because generally all the project of Indian Research are very late increasing cost and reducing their importance and worth.

India must try to sell its technology to the needed country like its counterpart part US, Russia, China and others are doing as selling of arms & technology will give boost of Indian Economy and provide us funds for future research programs. It will also attract our talented minds to stay in India which will further strengthen the foundation of country.

Definitely India should not have first strike policy but must be capable of answering any wrong initiative of enemy.

We have the second biggest Army in the world but it seems that this army is without teeth, having big shortage of officers the steps must be taken to ensure that we have strong plans, manpower and modern ways of defence equipment & technology with us to show the World.

It must be ensure that while developing our nation we remain focused on our environment.

SALUTE TO MY GREAT NATION WHO IS SUFFERING FROM CORRUPTION

Today their is a lot of rain in Faridabad which give much needed relief to the people suffering from heat wave but when I left home for office in morning i found that all the roads are logged with rain water. The only reason behind water logging is choking of drainage system. I hope the city administration may awake from its sleep today and may start its drive to clean the city drainage and sewerage system in the coming week. The water logging will damage the newly constructed roads and create bad patches on roads.

Further it is worth to be mentioned that not only the city administration is responsible for choking of drainage system but we the citizen also equally responsible because we throw the waste, dump and debris of our house outside and never cares what will happen on the road. Sometime when we construct of our house and office we throw the debris on the road or on the blank place, green belt, park etc. which generally create problem for others.

So we must think that if we want good roads, clean cities then we must make ourselves discipline and on the part of Government its must plugin all the loopholes in system and should immediately start the cleaning of sewerage/drainage system.

Government has clearly shown that it is not going to take any action against Corruption and will arrest, deny permission of protest and hit the whistle blower through back door by using its power of CBI, Income Tax, Intelligence etc.

Their are so many questions and government don’t want to change the system, government nominees must have leave their Chair if they are true and honest. I think the common men should have the option during Election that he don’t like any candidate because now a days it seems that all political parties are working for their malign interest. Everyone is interested for their vote bank.

A law must be created that if voting is less than some mentioned percentage then the election will be not valid and President rule will be implemented their for time period mentioned in constitution.

Also we the peoples of the India must come forward and provide our physical support in Fight Against Corruption.

GOVT. NOMINEES MUST REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE NOMINATED BY COMMON MEN AND THEY SHOULD WORK FOR THEM NOT FOR THEIR SELF INTEREST AND MUST NOT USE FORCE ON COMMON MEN.

Common men has lost its confidence towards Government. All politicians act for their own benefits. Jan Lok pal bill must be implemented and no one should be out of its boundary.

It is popular news everywhere that Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev is starting fastunto death from 4th June 2011 in Delhi as Satyagrah against Corruption. He is demanding that all the Black Money deposited by Corrupt Peoples in Swiss Bank must be brought back to the Country and declared as Public Property and also the Big currency notes must be discontinued as it is a helpful for corrupt peoples in exchanging money.

So I request to Baba that he must continue his fight against corruption and never goes with the words of government representatives.
